Oceanport is a somewhat small coastal borough (i.e. on the ocean, a bay, or inlet) located in the state of New Jersey. With a population of 6,121 people and just one neighborhood, Oceanport is the 280th largest community in New Jersey.

Housing costs in Oceanport are among some of the highest in the nation, although real estate prices here don't compare to real estate prices in the most expensive communities in New Jersey.
