With 6,463 people, 2,318 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $1,079,061, Brier house prices are not only among the most expensive in Washington, Brier real estate also is some of the most expensive in all of America.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Brier, accounting for 92.81% of the city's housing units. Other types of housing that are prevalent in Brier include row houses and other attached homes ( 4.58%), mobile homes or trailers ( 1.93%).
