SeaTac is a medium-sized city located in the state of Washington. With a population of 30,525 people and six associated neighborhoods, SeaTac is the 42nd largest community in Washington. Housing costs in SeaTac are among some of the highest in the nation, although real estate prices here don't compare to real estate prices in the most expensive communities in Washington.Unlike some cities, SeaTac isn’t mainly white- or blue-collar. Instead, the most prevalent occupations for people in SeaTac are a mix of both white- and blue-collar jobs. Overall, SeaTac is a city of service providers, sales and office workers, and transportation and shipping workers. There are especially a lot of people living in SeaTac who work in office and administrative support (12.46%), maintenance occupations (8.84%), and management occupations (8.66%).
